Family Owned - Charleston Trigard is a family owned and run business. Started in 1995 as a local Charleston vault company, and after a restructuring of the company organization, Charleston Trigard is owned and run by the Goodwin and Lee families. Bobby, Sue, Steve, and Julie make up the inner core of a strong family business. Bobby's family, the Hecox family, started in funeral service in 1938 through their Burlington Wilbert Vault Co. In 1955 they added Farmington Wilbert Vault Corp. Today the Hecox family businesses and Charleston Trigard serve over 75 funeral homes in West-Central Illinois, Eastern Iowa, the entire state of South Carolina, and Eastern North Carolina.
